Tablets MOUSTOLI No1 and No2 is the best synthesis for the successful preparation of wines.This synthesis is based on European union wine regulations and passing severe control.


Take the MOUSTOLI No1 tablets (yellow paper) for each barrel,the right proportion separately.Make it powder by using a mortar or any other way.Mix this powder with 300 to 500 grams of water and the pour it on the must turning it circularly.

Remember,never add the tablets to the must unless you have made them powder and have mixed with water.Always add this mixture as mentioned above,before the starting of fermentation.You will then have better results and the alcohol degree and natural acids.

If the must is boiling with the remainders of the bunches of grapes after the treading,you must estimate that 100 kilos of grapes will give you 70 to 80 kilos of must.Knowing even approximately the weight of your grapes,you can estimate the proportion of the tablets MOUSTOLI No1 and No2 which you should add.moystoli-1-s

Many times big quantities of grapes are gathered in the crushing area.Then due to the pressing,many grapes brake and a small quantity of must is running on the winepress and is starting fermenting.In this case we recommend to you to dilute 2-3 tablets of MOUSTOLI No 1 and spray the base of the crushing area,before putting on the grapes.Also 1-2 tablets MOUSTOLI No 1 on the winepress.Thus the must which comes from the pressing of the grapes is disinfected completely.


It should be added indispensably in the must after the addition of MOUSTOLI tablets No1 one hour later or the next day,if the weather is very hot,in the barrels if the grapes crushing in winepresse or in the bucket in case the must is boiling with the remainders of the grapes.

Use the proportion of tablets MOUSTOLI No2 (wrapped on the green paper) for each barrel separately.Make them powder and add in the must or diluted in a small quantity of water.moystoli-2-s
