OINOLI TABLETS

When the fermentation of must is finished,seal the barrel.After 15-20 days transfuse the wine in a clean barrel.

• Smash the OINOLI tablet(s) and add the required proportion in the barrel. 
• Stiring up slightly on the upper and then you seal the barrel.
• The same way is applied when you wish to decant the wine to another barrel.
